Tea is collected from old trees growing at an altitude of 1800 meters above sea level. Thin long light gray with a golden tint needles smell of dry field herbs, pear and apples. The infusion is transparent, light, greenish-gold, with a balanced candy taste: sweet apple, honey, mango with a sour taste of bergamot and a fresh note of mint. A pleasant mild aftertaste is fresh, slightly intoxicating. If you hold the infusion, the drink will become tart, bitter and sticky.
