Tea cake of medium density, effortlessly separates into black-green tea leaves and silvery buds. The aroma is subtle, fruity and nutty. The infusion is clear, with a beige-lilac hue.

The bouquet of the finished tea is multi-faceted, spicy and herbal, with fruity, nutty and floral notes. The aroma is delicate, fruity and nutty. The taste is thick, oily, sweet, with grapefruit bitterness, nuances of spices and a lingering finish.

Brew the tea with hot water (87-90°C) in a gaiwan or teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The first steeping time is 15 seconds. Then make short steeps (2-3 seconds), increasing the steeping time with each step, if necessary. The tea can be brewed up to 9 times.
