The small green leaves of lemon balm emit a rich, refreshing aroma. The flavor is minty, refreshing, and "cool." Melissa, unlike mint, contains much less menthol, imparting a more delicate, mellow taste to the infusion.

How to brew:
Lemon balm infusion: 2-4 teaspoons of herb per 250-300 ml mug, add water at 90-95°С.
As a tea additive or as part of an herbal tea: ¼-½ teaspoon of lemon balm per 500 ml teapot.
