The taste is broad, dense, with a light profile of Arabian baked goods and wild berries. The aftertaste is rough, fruity and spicy and lingers for quite a long time. An excellent option for brewing in a thermos. One slice is enough for a liter, and the brew will be thick and rich. If you want to drink straight, it is better to break the press with a knife, as it is quite thick.
