An inexpensive basic matcha tea for culinary experimentation.
It is ground to a very fine powder fraction with a greenish-light green color. The aroma is herbal and floral, nutty. The sour, herbal, slightly bitter taste is tempered by a creamy note.
In taste, it is not balanced enough, so it is not suitable for brewing with water, but it will sound good in milkshakes, lemonades and matcha baked goods.
