Dry tea consists of quite dark green, up to 2-3 cm long, thin sparrows.
The fragrance of the dry leaves is delicately floral.
The clear infusion has a very light lime-green color with a slightly oily tint.
The bouquet, prepared in pure water at 80°C, is subtly herbal and floral.
The taste is creamy and sweet with light umami and herbal notes. The tea has a sweet aftertaste.
Brew the tea with hot water (75-92°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or a porous clay teapot. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. After the first few (3-4) rapid infusions lasting about 1-2 seconds, increase the infusion time if necessary. Brewing can be repeated about 4-5 times, preserving the taste of the tea.
