"Wawi Gaba Oolong" is a product from tea growers of Wawi village in Changrai district (850 meters above sea level).
Appearance: reddish-brown, twisted tea shoots with thin saplings. The aroma is intense, fruity and berry-like. The infusion is clear, with an amber hue.
The bouquet of the finished tea is bright, fruity and berry with woody and spicy notes. The aroma is intense, warm, fruity. The taste is thick, oily, sweet, with a slight grassy bitterness, fruity caramel acidity and a refreshing finish.
Brew the tea in hot water (85-90°C) in a gaiwan or teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The first steeping time is 20 seconds. Then make short steeps (3-5 seconds), increasing the steeping time with each step, if necessary. The tea can be brewed up to 9 times.
Tai Gaba Oolong is an excellent choice for daily tea consumption.
