The tea leaves are harvested from 300-year-old tea trees in the village of Qianjiazhai in Pu Erh County at an altitude of 2,000 meters. The dry green leaf is pressed into a loose slab that can be easily spread with the hands. When warmed with the breath, there is a sweet melon aroma with a slight sour-smoky tinge.

The infusion is light green, transparent. The taste is sweet, berry-fruity, with a slight acidity. There is a sense of strawberry, apricot, jasmine, vanilla, violet and cherry, a mild, barely noticeable green bitterness. A strong infusion takes the tea to astringency and viscosity. The aftertaste is pleasant, long, slightly creamy.
