Gui Fei, AA, 2020
A highly fermented, spherically twisted Taiwanese oolong. During growth, the tea leaves are subject to mechanical damage by green-winged cicadas, which accounts for the vibrant, fragrant flavor profile of this tea. The aroma is sweet, in the infusion itself the sweetness gains freshness and lightness. Candied tangerine peels lose their tannic warmth and dissolve in a stream of flower petals. Sparks of aftertaste dance on the tongue like champagne drops.

The dry leaf aroma is sweet and honeyed, with piquant spicy notes emerging in the infusion. The tea's flavor is soft and rich, with hints of fruit, honey, flowers, and berries. It has a noble, iridescent taste with a long, juicy, intoxicating finish.
This tea is wonderfully relaxing, harmonizing, and inspiring. A challenging oolong for lovers of vibrant aromas and delicate flavors.
