Oolong tea produced using Dong Fan Mei Zhen tea technology, meaning the leaf has been bitten by leafhoppers during the growing process. This process gives the taste a certain amount of nutmeg sweetness.
The multi-colored leaf turns emerald streams into reddish-brown veins – areas of the leaf where the degree of fermentation is high. Here and there, abbreviations are visible, which adds interest to the appearance. Inside lies the most delicate representative of the oolong world.
The fizzy, spicy sweetness of the dry leaf does not hesitate to penetrate the nasal receptors. In the heated gaiwan, the sweetness spreads already in delicate floral waves.
The aroma is sweet, but in the infusion itself the sweetness takes on pleasant spicy tones and freshness and lightness, which protects against excessive sweetness. Candied tangerine peels lose their tannic warmth and dissolve in a stream of flower petals. Sparks of aftertaste dance on the tongue like champagne drops.
Bright and clear, although far from a "simple" tea. A wave of relaxation washes over the body and makes you feel comfortable. It is better to fall into the tender embrace of the Emperor's Second Wife on a clear evening or a very impressive morning.
To enjoy drinking tea, brew it at a temperature of 80-85 degrees.
