Taiwanese GABA oolong, made from the small-leafed Qingxing Ganzai variety, traditionally used for green teas.

Uneven, tightly twisted knots with a dark brown color with a dull sheen, the aroma of dried leaves is caramel-sweet, with notes of baked fruit. The taste features ripe plums and apricots, a subtle hint of honey and minerality.

We recommend brewing in porcelain or ceramic vessels with water at 90°C to bring out the full flavor and aroma of the tea.
