Taiwanese oolong from Son Po farm. Emerald-green leaves in a hemispherical twist produce a light yellow infusion color.

Suitable for afternoon tea and early evening. Brew in a large gaiwan so that the leaves have room to expand. Take 4-5 grams per 150 ml, brew in 90 degree water, gradually increasing the brewing time from 10 seconds to one minute.
