The raw material for this tea grows during heavy summer rains: the tea leaves are large, with long stems and internodes. For production, a stem with a bud and 3-4 leaves is taken, twisted lengthwise and packed in bundles.
The infusion has a yellow-amber color and a slightly smoky aroma. The taste of the finished tea is smoky and fruity, subdued, with a classic viscosity of tannins. The aftertaste is refreshing, long and slightly astringent.
