Ji Bian Lao Cha Wang Hong Shuei, AAA, 2015
Dark oolong from Yunnan made in the Lao Cha Wang style. The aroma of the heated leaves is bright, baked, and fruity, with a slight tobacco undertone. The infusion is golden-amber in color with aromas of baked goods, tobacco, and cigars. The flavor is delicate, soft, and lingering, with sweet notes of lychee, raisins, and cinnamon, with a hint of bergamot. This tea warms well, relaxes slightly, calms the mind, and improves mood.
