The porcelain gaiwan with medium-thick walls is versatile and can brew absolutely any tea deliciously. In terms of drainage speed gaiwan will be better than any tea brewing vessel. More often it is made of porcelain, glass and glazed ceramics, much less often of clay. You can hold gaiwan in different ways, so choose the option that is most convenient for you.
