Bai Ji Guan ("White rooster comb") by master Li Jin Luna, AAA
After the first pour there is orchid, sweet notes of muffins, candy sweetness. The infusion is yellow-green with a delicate fruity taste, and a sour taste of peach. The aftertaste is long, tangy, with an aftertaste of tangerine and bergamot.
Oolong
A rare, original oolong from Wuyishan province.
The tea made from young leaves heated at low temperatures is much different from Wuyishan Oolong, more like green tea. The dry leaf has a reddish-brown color, the aroma is mild, creamy-vanilla. After the first pour there is orchid, sweet muffin notes, candy sweetness. The infusion is yellow-green with a delicate fruity taste, a chocolate note and a sour taste of peach. If you forget the tea and hold the infusion, a tart bitterness and astringent taste manifests. The aftertaste is long and tangy, with an aftertaste of tangerine and bergamot.
This tea requires some skill and mood. But if you are not afraid to experiment, a variety of flavor and aroma will be revealed to you.
