Tie Guan Yin "pear," AAA, Fall 2024.
Juicy, floral and bright autumn Tie Guan Yin. The aroma of dry leaf immediately transports you to a bright floral garden with peonies and lilacs. The heated leaf changes the picture, adding fruity notes: pear and green apricot are discernible.

The infusion has the character of a light pistachio, the taste is refined, smooth, the light greenness and florality in the taste passes into a spiritual spice in the aftertaste. At the bottom of the bowl, the flowers and fruits still smell juicy and bright. The state is calm, peaceful and relaxed.
It is recommended to drink water at a temperature of about 80*C, the amount of tea converted to the recipe is 4-5 g per 100 ml. dish. I also recommend drinking this tea as an infusion or poured into porcelain or glass. Steeping in a thermos deprives the tea of all its sophistication and beauty.
