Lao Shu Jin Guan Yin, AAA, 2026
A lightly fermented southern Fujian oolong tea from wild bushes. Its flavor profile is more pronounced than that of traditional Tie Guan Yin tea due to the more intense heating process. A feeling of powerful relaxation, a good mood, and positivity. An excellent evening tea for company, when all the work is done and it's time to unwind.

The high-quality leaves are a uniform, swampy green. The aroma of the heated leaves is distinct, bright, creamy, and floral. The infusion is a beautiful golden color with a dense, buttery flavor. Notes of biscuits, spring flowers, and a bright creaminess are evident. The finish is unobtrusive and smooth, without harshness, with a slight oxalic tartness.
