Huang Jin Gui Lan Hua Xiang, AA, 2024
The second most popular oolong from southern Fujian after Tie Guan Ying. The infusion has a light yellow color, a fresh, spring flavor and creamy floral notes. After pouring, an oily, sour taste appears, as if a slice of lemon was added to the tea. The aftertaste is soft, with a slight tartness. A refreshing and relaxing tea for a quiet weekend morning.
