Tea Mail Polska Loyalty Policy
1. General Provisions
The Tea Mail Polska loyalty program was created to reward customers for purchases, account registration, and interaction with our store and social media channels.
By participating in the loyalty program, the customer receives bonus points that can be used to obtain a discount on future orders in our online store tea-mail.pl.
Participation in the program is free of charge and voluntary.
2. Who can participate in the Program
Any customer may participate in the loyalty program provided that they:
- have registered an account in our online store;
- take part in the loyalty program through the relevant interface available on the website;
- comply with this Loyalty Policy.
To earn and use bonus points, the customer must have a registered store account. To receive bonus points on their birthday, the customer must provide their date of birth in their user profile.
3. How bonus points are earned
As part of the loyalty program, customers may earn bonus points in the following ways:
3.1. Points for purchases
For each purchase, the customer receives:
5 bonus points for every 1 PLN spent in the store.
Points are awarded based on the order value in accordance with the rules applicable in the store’s loyalty system.
3.2. Points for account registration
For creating an account in the tea-mail.pl online store, the customer receives:
300 bonus points.
This bonus is awarded once per customer.
3.3. Birthday points
The customer may receive:
500 bonus points for providing their date of birth.
The birthday bonus is granted on the condition that the date of birth has been entered in the user profile. The date of birth must be provided no later than 30 days before that date in order to receive birthday bonus points for the first time.
3.4. Points for following on Instagram
For following our Instagram account the customer receives:
300 bonus points.
3.5. “Refer a Friend” Referral Program
For sending a referral link to a new customer who has not yet made a purchase in the tea-mail.pl online store, both customers receive:
300 bonus points each.
The invited new customer receives the points immediately upon receiving the link. The referring customer receives their bonus points once the invited user places an order.
The same referral link may be used an unlimited number of times.
4. How bonus points can be used
Collected bonus points can be exchanged for a discount on the next order.
Points exchange rate:
100 bonus points = 1 PLN discount
This means that when 5 points are awarded for every 1 PLN spent, the effective bonus return equals 5% of the order value and may be used on the next purchase.
Example
If the customer places an order for 100 PLN, they receive:
500 points
These 500 points may be used as:
5 PLN discount on the next order
5. Important conditions for using points
- Bonus points are not monetary funds.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points may only be used in accordance with the options and rules provided by the online store’s loyalty system.
- Points are awarded only within the framework of the active loyalty program and only to registered users.
- Some bonuses are granted only once, for example the account registration bonus.
- Points for actions on social media are awarded only if the relevant action has been completed correctly and successfully recorded by the system.
- Points may only be used by the owner of the account to which they were awarded.
- A discount obtained through bonus points is applied to the next order within the technical capabilities of the website and the rules of the loyalty system in place.
6. Birthdays and accuracy of data
In order to receive the birthday bonus, the customer must enter their date of birth in the appropriate field in their personal profile.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The store is not obliged to award the bonus again in the event of an error when entering the date of birth.
7. Conditions for awarding points for Social Media actions
Bonuses for actions on social media, including Instagram and Facebook, are awarded only for those actions that are provided by the loyalty program on the website.
The store reserves the right to refuse to award points in the event of:
- incorrect or incomplete completion of the action;
- abuse of the program;
- attempts to obtain bonuses by deceptive means;
- technical errors on third-party platforms or services.
8. Restrictions and protection against abuse
Tea Mail Polska reserves the right to verify the actions of program participants and to cancel the awarding of points or invalidate points already awarded in the event of abuse, including but not limited to:
- creating multiple accounts by one person in order to repeatedly receive the welcome bonus;
- fictitious actions on social media;
- manipulation of orders, returns, or accounts;
- any other actions contrary to the fair use of the loyalty program.
In the event of a breach of the rules, the store has the right to restrict the customer’s participation in the loyalty program without prior notice.
9. Returns, order cancellations, and bonus points
If an order is fully or partially cancelled, not completed, or the payment for it is refunded in full or in part, the store reserves the right to adjust the number of bonus points awarded in accordance with the actual purchase value.
10. Change or termination of the Program
Tea Mail Polska reserves the right at any time to:
- change the terms of the loyalty program;
- change the ways in which points are awarded;
- change the points-to-discount exchange rate;
- change the list of bonus-eligible actions;
- temporarily suspend or completely terminate the program.
The current version of the Loyalty Policy is always published on the store website.
