"Fresh Bamboo Leaf" from Sichuan Province grows between 800 and 1,200 meters above sea level. Visually, they are needle-like plates about one centimeter long, with a rich, light green color, similar to compressed pea pods. It warms with its breath, fresh aroma of greens and meadow herbs. When 75° water is added, a light grayish infusion is achieved. Delicate soft flavor with the sweetness of bamboo, freshly cut grass, peas, spinach and a hint of lilac. Delicate acidity of basil and meadow flowers. In the aftertaste, the sweetness of green peas attracts attention.
