Sheng Pu erh from wild trees from Thailand's Tea Forest project is a delicate yet dynamic tea that offers a balance of complexity and sophistication. Harvested in the spring of 2023 from wild trees, this tea is ideal for immediate consumption and shows aging potential, making it a versatile addition to any tea collection.

Dry leaves: medium sized with a few buds. Their aroma is light, delicate, slightly smoky, floral and fruity.
Wet leaves: even between infusions, the leaves retain a mild, balanced aroma, avoiding the sharpness often associated with young Sheng Puerh teas.

The first three infusions may have a pronounced bitterness, but it is a clean and pleasant bitterness that avoids harshness. The bitterness mellows, giving way to a slightly sweet, delicate and balsamic flavor. Prominent fruit notes, including light fruits and citrus, such as pear, pineapple, green grapes, star fruit, lime and orange.

This tea's balanced flavor profile, delicate aromas and clean bitterness make it an excellent choice for experienced tea lovers and novices alike. Its high altitude origins and wild tree cultivation add to its unique appeal, providing an authentic tea experience
