Asamushi is a traditional process of steaming tea leaves for 30-60 seconds, thanks to which young tea leaves retain their properties and flavor to the maximum. Pistachio-colored infusion with the aroma of fresh herbs. The taste is sharp, sweet and sour, with sweet notes of bamboo, freshly cut grass, spinach and elderberry. Tea refreshes, uplifts, clears the mind and adds energy.

Small plates about a centimeter long in all shades of green smell of fresh herbs after rain, and when heated have a sweet, creamy note. Pistachio-colored infusion with the aroma of fresh herbs.
The taste is sharp, sweet and sour, with sweet notes of bamboo, freshly cut grass, spinach and elderberry. Sour notes are expressed by basil, mint, wildflowers, a small amount of bergamot and sea salt. The aftertaste is sweet and sour with a slight bitterness of grapefruit.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan / Japanese teapot Kyusu
- Water: 60-75°С
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g. per 200 ml of water
The first steeping time is 1.5-2 minutes, the following steeping times are 30-40 seconds (water temperature 70-80°C).
