Wu Nu Zao Lun Jing, AAA, spring 2025.

Wu Niu Zao is a nationally renowned early tea variety that is honored every year as the first-harvest tea in Zhejiang Province. Small plates in all shades of green emit the aroma of pumpkin seeds, asparagus, field herbs and meadow flowers. The 75° water turns into a light-olive colored infusion. After the first pour, the taste becomes lighter, shades of green and vegetables appear. Bright, enveloping flavor with the sweetness of fresh-cut grass, spinach, broccoli, lilac and a hint of green banana. Subtle, discreet acidity of basil, plum and violet. The generous aftertaste has a pleasant sweetness. The tea is perfectly refreshing, awakening and satiating, with all its lightness it has a strong but smooth and gradual tone.
