From 2006 until now, Sheng has been stored in moderately dry conditions. The medium-density pancake laconically blends all shades of brown. When exposed to the air, the dry leaves give off an aroma of dried fruit, hay and herbage. Water 94° and an amber brew. After the first brew, the aroma revealed a distinct sweetness of flowers and ripe fruits, with a hint of honey. The taste is soft, juicy and distinctive. Sweetness of melon, peach, dried apricot, dried pear and lilac. Sour taste of grapefruit, mint and field flowers. A pleasantly tart, sour taste reminiscent of kaki appears after brewing a large amount. The aftertaste is reminiscent of dried fruit compote, slightly drying in the mouth. The state is strong, intoxicating in its sobriety. It breaks through the gloom, fills you with enthusiasm and allows you to stop for a while, realizing yourself in the world.
