Ivan-Chai (scientific name - Willowherb angustifolia) is a very effective folk remedy that reduces anxiety and treats insomnia, improves metabolism and relieves cough during colds. Regular consumption of Willowherb tea improves immunity, enriches the body's cells with oxygen and fills them with energy.
Cooking method:
1–2 tbsp. tablespoons of the collection pour 1 tbsp. boiling water, leave for 20 minutes, drain. It goes very well with honey.
