When warmed by breathing, a pleasant aroma of pumpkin seeds and fresh herbs rises, with a small but extremely pleasant spicy note. The first infusion should be held a little longer than usual, about 10 seconds, so that the tea steeps a little, and from the second infusion hold for 6 seconds, until the tea itself signals an increase in time. The palate is dominated by herbal notes, fresh grass, bamboo and broccoli, a touch of nutty buttermilk and the sweetness of honey. The lid has a pleasant scent of green peas.
