White tea from the Suhu tea terroir.
Very beautiful large dry leaf with delicate yellow-green tones. When warmed with the breath, it smells of a summer meadow and freshly cut grass. The infusion is pearly, almost colorless. The taste of the finished tea is buttery, slightly minty, with notes of honey, field herbs and birch juice. A very lukewarm, slightly strong tea.
It refreshes, quenches thirst, understands the mood, goes back to summer.
