Young Shu Pu Erh consisting of a variety of raw materials that are not overly compressed into a brown pancake. The dry leaf has a not-too-bright woody-nutty flavor and a thick brownish-brown infusion. After the first pour, the flavor becomes fuller and sweeter. The taste is calm, smooth and mild. Perceptible not sharp bitterness of earth, conifer bark. Light sweetness of dates, some nutmeg, some cocoa. Conditioning is also not clear, as is the taste and aroma. Perhaps this puerh needs some time. The tea is refreshing, energizing and warming.
