This is a tea for lovers of puzzles and complex flavors. The dry aroma greets us with unusual woody tones, at once sour, spicy and salty, which together most resemble a pleasant brine with distinct notes of dill seeds. The warming aroma continues to surprise: light fruity notes transition into heavy notes of roasted vegetables, with the sea splashing somewhere in the distance. The taste is no less interesting and complex - there's a clear leading note, sounding high and early in the sip, and mostly reminiscent of sweet nut milk, while the middle taste opens with woody notes. The infusion is not thick, the taste is distributed harmoniously, it has a characteristic balance, the aftertaste is sweet and pleasant. In the process of brewing, the tea evens out, acquiring richness. This tea is a good example of how interesting and unusual blends can be.
