Very original Shu Pu Erh from Jin Da Fu tea factory, whose raw materials were Lao Cha Tou (Old tea heads). Mixed spring raw materials 2018 from Ban Zhang and Dong Hai region were pressed in 2023.
The appearance is enticing, Pu Erh buds are plentiful and you can see the same tea heads. The aroma of the dry leaves is not bright, you can detect a subtle woody sweetness, but the brewed raw material immediately reveals the sweetness of dates, familiar nuttiness and mysterious nutmeg. The aroma of the chard adds the bright sweetness of grated walnuts and cashews to this cocktail. The infusion readily turns to oil, but for richer flavor and condition, we recommend adding a little more to the original amount of tea.
The condition is very creative, bright and rich. A great example of skillfully crafted Shu Cha from the relatively young and fast-growing Jin Da Fu factory.
