Tea grown on the island-mountain of Jun in Dongting Lake, Hunan Province. Silver needles from Immortal Mountain are extracted exclusively from a special bush grown in these places, with sparse branches and large buds. The tea undergoes additional processing, typical only of yellow tea production.

Medium-sized, light green tips with a yellow border are abundantly covered with white fluff. Warmed by the breath, one can smell the warm aroma of field flowers and herbs. In leaf brewing, the aroma becomes richer. Sour and sweet notes intertwine with velvety, chocolate and nutty notes. The infusion is very light, with an amber hue. The taste is delicate, refined and refreshing. Mild, subtle sweetness of jasmine, papaya, hay, hints of nuts, chocolate and cookies. Pleasant, subtle acidity of mint, matum, field flowers and chamomile. The aftertaste is fleeting, as is the main flavor, with unparalleled creamy, chocolatey notes.

Despite its light and relaxing effect when drinking tea, tea is a good and gradual tonic. It adds strength, concentrates and improves eyesight, improves mood and is excellent for refreshing in hot weather. It removes toxins, strengthens blood vessels, cleanses the liver and neutralizes the effects of alcohol.
