China's famous yellow tea.

The tea is prepared using traditional technology in several stages with mandatory boiling of the raw material quickly heated over charcoal in parchment bags. This method of preparation allows the tea to retain the subtlety and versatility of its flavor and open it up in your cup.

Light green buds with a yellow border are covered with white villi and resemble silver needles. The aroma is very delicate, subtle, refined, reminiscent of flowers and herbs, with a slight smoky note. The color of the brew is rich, orange-yellow, with a light pink edge, clear. The taste reveals a delicate sweetness of flowers and tropical fruits, accented by nutty-chocolate notes and a hint of mint. There is something elusive about this tea, airy and the thinnest. After brewing, the leaves remain yellow and shiny, so it is better to brew this tea in a transparent vessel to observe the dance of silver needles.

Despite its mildness, the tea moderately tones, helps to concentrate, refreshes. In addition, the tea has a strong antioxidant effect, removes toxins and strengthens blood vessels.

Good for a quiet morning tea and thoughtful tasting.
