Oolong from northern Fujian's Jin Bien village.
Leaf is large, dark green, rolled lengthwise, with aromas of dark chocolate, caramel and orchid. The infusion has a light caramel color. The aroma of the finished tea reveals notes of confectionery, cream and perfume, passing into a slight astringency. The taste is honey-floral, soft and dessert-like, with a pleasant aftertaste of roasted nuts. The aftertaste is sweet, with a slight bitterness and fruity acidity.
Relaxes, refreshes, concentrates. A beautiful, pleasant, slightly intoxicating tea for a romantic evening.
