Dark roasted Guangdong Oolong Dancong Cha
Appearance: large, lilac-brown tendrils of coiled tea leaves. The aroma is restrained, fruity and woody with a hint of smoke. The infusion is clear, with an amber tint.
The bouquet of the finished tea is bright, berry and woody with floral, citrus and spice notes. The aroma is warm, spicy and floral. The taste is full-bodied, tart and spicy, sweet, with citrusy acidity and a long finish.
Brew tea in hot water (85-92°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or porous clay teapot. Proportion - 5 g per 100 ml. The first brewing time is about 15 seconds. Then, if necessary, make short brews (3-5 seconds), with each successive step increasing the brewing time. You can brew the tea as many as 8 times.
