Classic Da Hong Pao, medium roasted.
The tea leaves are blackish brown in color, medium in size and twisted lengthwise. The aroma of the dried leaves is spicy, warm, with hints of flowers and cakes. The infusion has a light amber color with a golden rim.
The taste of the finished tea is rich, juicy, with notes of spices, flowers, wood, rye skin and roasted coffee. The aftertaste is silky, spicy, with hints of coffee.
