A fine green tea from Jiangsu province.
The unusual aroma of this tea is due to the conditions of tea cultivation. Its plantations are surrounded by orchards - peach, tangerine, apricot. The tea leaves are harvested at the time of flowering, so the tea absorbs their aromatic notes.
All dry tea leaves are the same size and are carefully twisted into spirals-"snails". The color of the dry leaf is brilliant green with the obligatory presence of white and silver tea villi. In the aroma, fresh fruity notes are clearly discernible.
The first pour is white and emerald, after subsequent pours the infusion becomes light green. The aroma is fresh, fruity, with a light peach note. The taste of the tea is delicate and refreshing, with fruity, caramel and honey notes, a slight smokiness can be sensed. Rich honey aftertaste with a very subtle, barely noticeable astringency.
A mild, calm evening tea. Pairs perfectly with any food.
