2. Sheng Pu Erh Suhu Organic AAA, 2023 - 20 gr.
Young organic Mao Cha gives off an intoxicating aroma of ripe apples and a blooming garden. The taste is light, like a sea breeze, refreshing and filling with life-giving energy. The sweet and sour tones include hints of red and green apple, apricot, orange peel and vanilla.
3. Sheng Pu Erh Łódź (Lao Ban Zhang), 2018 - 20 gr.
The still relatively young sheng puer from Lao Ban Zhang exudes a bright shuigoxiang (fruit aroma). The golden brew has a mild flavor with the dense sweetness of pear, lime honey and apricot. The palette is complemented by the appropriate acidity of lime and rose. The aftertaste is floral and fruity.
4. Sheng Pu Erh Xigui Gu Shu Cha, 2012 - 20 gr.
Sheng Pu Erh is middle-aged. After the first sip, the aroma becomes lighter, notes of dried berries and citrus appear. The infusion has a golden color and a bright taste with notes of bergamot, dried plums, dried raspberries and pears.
