A fresh, autumnal Tie Guan Yin with a fruity aroma. The dried leaves smell like ripe bamboo shoots and have the pleasant acidity of unripe fruit. The aroma of the steamed leaves is enhanced by the addition of Jerusalem artichoke, fresh peas and beans. The taste is rich, greenish-fruity, with a pleasant, delicate orchid aftertaste. Conditions are mild, even, calm. A wonderful everyday tea, Tie Guan Yin is designed for universal brewing as an infusion or by brewing. The recommended temperature is about 80*C, the volume of tea is about 4-5 grams per 100 ml.
