A 50-gram tea cake of medium density, it splits effortlessly into small, brown, curled leaves and red buds. The aroma is restrained, nutty and fruity. The infusion is slightly cloudy, with a chestnut color.
The bouquet of the finished tea is ripe, nutty and bread-like, with earthy, fruity and woody notes. The aroma is warm, complex, nutty and balsamic. The taste is dense, velvety, sweet, with a slight bitterness of cocoa beans and acidity of dried berries.
Brew the tea in hot water (95°C) in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The first steeping time is about 20 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 2-3 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can brew the tea 7 times.
A good choice as an everyday tea. The effect is a warming, gentle tonic.
