Sheng Pu Erh is from Jinguh County in Pu Erh City Prefecture.
A flat plate of dry leaf tea with reddish-brown tones. As with all mature Pu Erhs, the aroma is discrete, dry, reminiscent of hay. The infusion has a beautiful amber color. After the first pour, the aroma becomes more saturated, the dried fruits are clearly perceptible. The taste is calm, unsaturated, restrained, sweet. The sweetness of dried plums and beets is accentuated by the acidity of bergamot and the freshness of mint.
