The bouquet of the finished tea is diverse, floral and herbal with woody, nutty and berry notes. The aroma is delicate, floral and herbal. The taste is thick and smooth, buttery, sweet, slightly tart, with a slight bitterness of grapefruit, citrus acidity, nuances of spices and a lingering finish.
Brew the tea with hot water (87-92°C) in a gaiwan or teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The first steeping time is 15 seconds. Then make short steeps (3-5 seconds), increasing the steeping time with each successive step, if necessary. The tea can be brewed up to 8 times.
