Taiwanese variety of the "Jin Xuan" (Golden Flower) bush heated on the coals of fruit trees. The tea is twisted crosswise into rather large lumps of caramel-brown color with small stems. It warms up with its breath, aroma of baked milk, roasted caramel and sponge cake. Water in a 90° radius gives us a thick brew with a golden color. Even after the first sip, tones of tobacco and cigars are added to the aroma. Dense, viscous flavor with a delicate sweetness of creamy caramel, shortcake and figs. Slight acidity of tea rose and mint. Aftertaste is moderately sweet notes of boiled condensed milk. The tea satiates, fills with peace, harmony and good intentions. It soothes anxiety and fills the heart with joy.
