An early spring tea from a reserve on the slopes of the yellow mountains of Anhui Province. Green tips with white hairs give off a fresh, sweet, herbal and vegetable aroma. After pouring water at 72°, the resulting infusion acquired a slightly greenish color. The flavor became brighter and more intense. The taste is subtle, but quite dense. Sour and sweet variations of kiwi, spinach, green peas, freshly cut grass and basil. The condition is clear, clean and refreshing, with a decent dose of energy.
