Heavily fermented Guizhou red tea.
Tea leaves of medium size, brown in color with golden buds. When heated with the breath, the aroma of bread, rye acid, honey and dried fruits is noticeable. The brew has a beautiful golden color with a rounded taste. The sweetness of rye bread, dried apples and dates is accentuated by the acidity of rose and dried plums. After more pours, a slight astringency of cumin appears. The aftertaste is enveloping, slightly viscous, warming.
A pleasant warming tea, uplifting and gently refreshing in the morning.
