Dry leaf: large, silky, tips red-yellow. The aroma is intense, honey-like with a floral note. The infusion is transparent, light hazelnut in color.
The brewed tea has a bright, warm, multi-faceted bouquet with notes of wood, dried fruits, honey, cookies and spices. The aroma is deep and warm, fruity. The taste is rich and soft, juicy, sweet, with citrusy acidity and a delicate fruity tartness, developing into a juicy, lingering aftertaste.
Brew the tea with hot water (95°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The first steeping time is about 6-8 seconds. Then make short steeps (for 2-3 seconds only), increasing the soaking time with each step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
"Big Golden Bud" is a wonderful ceremonial tea: refined and deep, luscious and soft. It warms and relaxes the body, relieves mental fatigue and gives a sense of inner comfort.
