"Alishan Gaba Sheng" is produced in the Alishan high mountain area using vacuum fermentation technology in the fall of 2020.
Appearance: large, brown, twisted leaves with thin saplings. The aroma is intense, fruity. The liquor is clear, with a hue of meadow honey.
The bouquet of the finished tea is fresh and varied, berry and floral, with notes of exotic fruits, citrus and spices. The aroma is lively, berry and floral. The taste is juicy and smooth, buttery, sweet, with fruity acidity, spicy nuances and a refreshing finish.
Brew the tea in hot water (75-85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or porous clay teapot. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time for the first soak is about 10 seconds. After that, make short runs (for 2-3 seconds only), if necessary, increasing the steeping time with each successive step. The tea can be brewed up to 12 times.
