Sichuan tea grows between 800 and 1,200 meters above sea level. Visually, they are needle-like plates about one centimeter long, with a rich, light green color, similar to compressed pea pods. To warm up with a whiff of fresh aroma of greens and meadow grasses. When 75° water is added, a slightly emerald brew is achieved. Delicate, soft flavor with the sweetness of bamboo, freshly cut grass, peas, spinach and a hint of lilac. Delicate acidity of basil and meadow flowers. In the aftertaste, the sweetness of green peas draws attention. A light, refreshing tea that provides fluidity of movement, clarity of vision, clarity of mind and plenty of energy.
