Visually, the leaf is quite large. The color palette shimmers with shades of green, dark green, browns and shades of black. When warmed by the breath, a fresh, spicy, floral and fruity aroma comes out of the leaves. When infused with water at 86°, spicy notes come out of the tea in addition to sweetness. The infusion is light green. The taste is light and fresh. You can notice the sweetness of bamboo, freshly cut grass, spinach, guava, acacia honey and strawberries. Also present here is acidity of lily, black currant and mint, bitterness of eucalyptus and anise with a woody note. The finish is long-lasting, filling the mouth with sweet bitterness with a slightly astringent and mouth watering effect. After re-brewing, a tart bitterness emerges with a strongly astringent effect, somewhat reminiscent of black rowan. It quiets the mind, tones it, speeds it up, and helps direct attention and energy in the right direction.
