A pleasant, sweet and balanced shu for everyday tea drinking. When warmed by breathing, a distinct aroma of wood is perceptible. It is better to brew in a clay teapot with water at 95°. The taste is dominated by sweet, woody tones with nuts, with no pronounced bitterness. There are slight echoes of hay and walnut peel. The texture from the beginning is quite thick and dense, but soft, but not rough. A pleasant sweet aftertaste with hints of wood. Chakhai has a slight honey sweetness with hints of wood and chestnut. The state is quite cheerful, with good concentration and mental clarity. A good everyday tea, it will work well in a mug, in a thermos or poured.
