The bouquet of the finished tea is multifaceted, spicy and woody, with notes of honey, rye bread and dried fruits. The aroma is warm, complex, fruity and woody. The taste is dense, slightly tart, sweet, with fruity acidity and nuances of spices.
The tea should be brewed in hot water (95°C) in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The first brewing time is 15 seconds. Then, starting with 1-2 seconds and extending the time to 3 minutes, the tea can be brewed 8 times.
