A new product in the Chinese tea market that is quickly conquering the world, surprising with its unusual appearance and extremely mild taste. The tea stone resembles tea heads, but has a distinct sticky rice (No Mi Xiang) flavor due to the technological process.
The fine, dense, black lumps have a sweet, juicy aroma of rice porridge.
The brew is clear, clean and amber-red in color with aromas of spices, nuts, dried wood and rice. The taste is distinctive, soft, rich and sweet, with woody, caramel-nut and bread notes. A long, warm finish with sweet notes.
This tea can withstand repeated brewing and is ideal for simmering or in a thermos. We recommend using boiling water at 95-100°C and steeping the tea for 20 seconds before brewing to wake it up. It warms, lightly tones and improves mood.
